Steve Breithaupt - Senior Partner, IT Governance Partners, LLC -

Steve Breithaupt founded IT Governance Partners to bring together experienced IT professionals who could guide executives of client companies through the establishment of effective governance processes for the internal IT organizations and lead client companies through large projects and transformation efforts.

Recently, Breithaupt has led a major transformation of the revenue cycle processes and systems supporting a $4 billion division of a Fortune 100 company. In this effort Breithaupt served for over two years as an interim IT Director of Order to Cash systems reporting directly to the division CFO and CIO. In this capacity he was responsible for development of the new Order to Cash systems but also the legacy systems in the same space as well as all "corporate" systems. Previously, he served as the interim Chief Information Officer of the same company where he developed and implemented an IT governance process that was ultimately adopted by the whole segment as well as the parent company. He also served in an interim role as Vice President of Technology for a $12 billion segment of the same parent company where he was responsible for guiding the segment's participation in a major corporate infrastructure project. Breithaupt is accepted at all levels of the organization as a trusted advisor and as a go-to person when something really needs to get done.

Before that, Breithaupt assisted a major energy company in the northeast with reorganizing their customer service function and consolidating their call centers. He also worked with several large companies trying to design and implement effective IT governance processes that would align IT projects with business priorities and provide a corporate wide framework of decision rights relative to IT spend. He also assisted several of these companies with development of monitoring and control processes to ensure that business executives had control of the purse and visibility to project progress, issues and costs at every step in the implementation process.

Prior to founding IT Governance Partners in 2003, Breithaupt was a Senior Vice President/CIO of Technology Solutions Company with responsibility for PeopleSoft and Oracle implementation practices as well as internal IT and an outsourcing practice. In addition to managing the practices and geographical management responsibility, Breithaupt also led many ERP implementation efforts for SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft at large clients during the eight years he worked for TSC. While at TSC Breithaupt served as interim CIO of a large client until a replacement could be recruited and managed the outsourcing of the entire IT function for a large travel industry client.

Before working for TSC, Breithaupt was the CIO of Lanier Worldwide, Inc., the world's largest independent supplier of office products with global IT responsibility. Prior to Lanier he was the CIO of the worlds largest chain of home health care outlets and CIO of the second largest manufacturer of implantable medical devices.

Breithaupt spent seventeen years in the energy industry rising to the rank of Vice-CIO of a $4 billion energy company where he implemented a comprehensive governance process and built systems to respond to the demands of deregulation.

Kevin Matray - Partner, IT Governance Partners, LLC -

As a trusted advisor to his client executives, Kevin Matray has 20 years of experience in assisting clients with analyzing and optimizing their business operations/processes and implementing technology solutions to support business objectives. Kevin's experience stretches across the enterprise including Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Sales/Customer Service.

As a Partner at IT Governance Partners (ITGP) Kevin has played a leadership role in the firm's engagements. As an example, Kevin served in the PMO of a program to completely overhaul the Order to Cash process for a major products and services company. Working directly for the client's senior leadership team, Kevin was directly responsible for all aspects of the program from initial budgeting through execution (including oversight of requirements definitions, business process re-engineering, technology selections, staffing, and solution implementation).

Prior to joining ITGP, Kevin was a Vice President at Technology Solutions Company (TSC). While with TSC, Kevin provided PMO oversight for the majority of successful business process and IT projects in his region. Kevin directly managed numerous successful business process and IT projects across a wide variety of industries including: software, retail, manufacturing, financial institutions, technical services, telecommunications, hotel/entertainment, and medical administration services. Kevin's project solutions addressed all facets of business and IT, including client organization, processes, architecture, application, data, and integration while utilizing such top tier application solutions as Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP.

Kevin graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a minor (certificate) in Accounting.

Jim Davenport - Partner, IT Governance Partners, LLC -

Jim Davenport is a trusted information technology and business executive with over forty years experience as a business transformation leader, senior project advisor and senior project manager. Davenport has an extensive record of success in multiple industries and enterprise applications environments.

Most recently Davenport, along with other senior members of the IT Governance Partners team, assisted a major Fortune 100 company with the transformation of their revenue cycle including business processes and related systems. Davenport led the original team that researched and documented the "as is" process and the team that provided the vision for the future "to be" processes. Providing guidance through the Project Management Office, Davenport oversaw the design, development and implementation of a major call center application supporting the Order to Cash business process that significantly improved customer service and greatly reduced call handling time. He also provided PMO leadership to the application design and development teams as they implemented over forty real-time and batch interfaces to other supporting systems. Additionally, Davenport provided PMO oversight for the technical architecture and infrastructure teams supporting multiple projects. Previously, he served the same client as Project Advisor for the implementation of the company's first perpetual Inventory system covering more that 140 locations. He also led a separate study that resulted in a fully documented Project Development Plan to implement a new Project Accounting system.

Prior to joining IT Governance Partners, Davenport served as Vice President of a major consulting company, as CIO for an international office products provider, and as the director of systems engineering for a national systems developer and integrator. His work assignments have been accomplished in consulting, in-house, client, and vendor environments. He possesses the highest degree of professionalism in managing expectations, building strategic alliances, and navigating political waters.

Davenport founded InfoSys Solutions Associates, Inc. and built a successful consulting practice that focused on providing senior level project management, transition management, strategic planning, and interim IT management staffing services.

Davenport has demonstrated success in planning, developing, implementing, and directing the entire IT organization for small, medium, and large-scale companies with both domestic and international operations. He is particularly skilled in the full system development and implementation life cycle and has successfully led numerous ERP transformations in the PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP environments across the entire business suite with particular emphasis on CRM, Supply Chain, Financials and Human Resources. He also served as an Account Manager and advisor to a number of clients with respect to the outsourcing and hosting of their IT applications and hardware.

Davenport earned his M.S. in Mathematics from Georgia State University with an emphasis in computer science, and his B.S. in Mathematics from Georgia State College. He also completed the Management Development Program at Emory University.
